Trend 1: Color

Dominated the Spring 2013 Bridal runways, together signaling a new direction for the this trend has been big in 2012, set to grow even more in 2013. Gowns in color are more popular now, since many brides find that their skin tone works better in colored dresses than in white, which can wash out paler brides. 

Trend 2: Peplums

Peplums are huge news in wedding fashion for 2013, both for brides and bridesmaids, and are tremendously flattering. Who knew?This ready-to-wear trend has migrated to the bridal realm, and we hope it never goes away. This modern silhouette will make your waist appear tiny and your hips extra curvy -- and we're pretty sure any groom will love the effect.

It's fascinating how that really picked up this season. It's a high-fashion look that's sexy and graphic.

Trend 3: Lace Nouveau
Bridal gown designers are now incorporating a look called “nouveau lace,” in which the art is in the patterns of lace, from delicate, small lace patterning to larger, more graphic florals made of lace that may cover the bride’s shoulder blades in the back, or festoon the dress itself. Conservative brides who wish to cover up, or whose houses of worship do not allow bare arms and shoulders, adore the lace-covering look, which ties into the spring 2013 trend of romantic.

Trend 4: Sparkly  Accessory

Sequins, pearls, jewels buttons and lace detailing appeared to magically float down models' backs and around their shoulders. this feminine look is a great option for brides marrying in spring or summer seeking lightweight coverage. 

Bling is back in all its dazzling splendor. this season, we saw everything from encrusted sleeves and ornate bodices to all-over beading with a slinky sheath, scalloped edges or patterns ,it takes on a great gatsby-esque effect. 

Trend 5:Open & Lace Backs
Top styles in designer dresses include backs .Last season's sexy backs returned for Spring 2013 with a more demure, romantic attention to delicate embroideries, lace frames, and peekaboo keyholes.Sheer backs with embroideries and appliques are sexy, but still modest.
It's soft.It's romantic.It's could be so seductive.It takes us away.

Trend 6:.Lace-and-tulle combo  

Chantilly lace was the go-to fabric this season. designers ushered us into a dreamworld with ethereal, billowing clouds of tulle anchored by vines of lace. if you're a romantic at heart, this ballerina-beauty look is for you. 

Trend 7:Thigh-high Slits

The thigh-high slit is all seduction and Hollywood glamour, which makes it perfect for those brides that wear white with a bit of a twinkle in their eye. The look works well with a strapless neckline and fitted bodice and is sure to attract hordes of attention 

Trend 8:Short and Sweet

More and more, brides are returning to the tea-length (or shorter!) style of dress that was popular in the 1950s. Why? It's less fussy, often less expensive and it's perfect for dancing — plus, you won't need an entourage to help you visit the ladies. Hooray for frilly, sweet practicality.
